License

What you can and cannot do with the motionAETHER full version (one-time purchase). We start with the question agencies ask most: client delivery.

✅ You can

  • Use commercially — your own sites, business sites, ad landing pages
  • Deliver to client sites — hand over finished sites with parts built in. No extra fee per client
  • Unlimited projects and sites — one purchase covers any number of them
  • Modify freely — colors, copy, structure, AI customization, mixing with other code
  • Show in your portfolio — delivered sites may be listed as your work
  • No credit required — no "Powered by..." attribution needed

Code naturally stays with the client after delivery, and we do not forbid that. Viewing and maintaining a delivered site needs no extra license.

🚫 You cannot

  • Redistribute or resell the parts themselves — sharing zips of code/prompts/assets, reposting to code marketplaces, reselling as a parts collection
  • Bundle into template products — WordPress themes, UI kits or any product whose merchandise is the code itself
  • Share or lend the member account — passing login credentials outside the purchasing business
  • Clone the catalog or member site — building copies by scraping

The line is: handing over parts inside a finished site is OK; handing over parts as parts is not. When in doubt, use that one sentence.

License unit

One purchase = one business entity (a sole proprietor or one company). Team members of the same business may share it internally (no per-seat fees). The license cannot be transferred or lent. Separate legal entities need their own purchase.

Questions agencies ask

Does my client need to buy a license too?

No. Receiving, running and maintaining a finished site needs no license. Only if the client themselves reuses the parts to build new, separate projects do they need their own purchase.

How many client projects can I use it on?

Unlimited. There is no per-project or per-site fee.

Can I hand over the code as-is at delivery?

Yes. Handing over code as part of a site is normal delivery and fully licensed. What is forbidden is handing it over as a parts collection, outside a site.

Do the daily new parts (+5/day) come under the same terms?

Yes — no extra cost, same license terms.

What about code modified by AI?

Modified code stays under this license: build and deliver freely, no redistribution as parts.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds and cancellations are not available. Every part runs live in the public catalog before purchase. If you cannot access the content, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
